Here's our fee schedule:

1. One-time Mould/Die Fee (waived for orders over 3,000 pcs): $200
2. Set-up Charge per run [per lid size]: $50
3. Running Charge:

Qty 100 - 499:    $0.25 / item
Qty 500 - 999:    $0.20 / item
Qty 1000 - 4999: $0.15 / item
Qty 5000+:         $0.05 / item **
