Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.
How fast will my order ship?
All orders ship the same day if placed before 3:00PM PST (M - F). Large orders may take an extra day or two to process. Orders may also be delayed during large sales.
What shipping methods do you use?
We currently ship USPS and UPS.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to all International locations (except Nigeria). International orders are shipped weekly on Thursdays.
Do you offer discounts or larger sizes?
We offer discounts on large orders, see our Wholesale Policies page for more information. If we don't have a larger size listed we don't offer it in a larger size, but in most cases you can get a discount by using a wholesale code.
What is the best way to get a hold of someone?
Email is the best way to contact us. We are usually busy packaging orders (which is messy business) or formulating and are often unable to answer the telephone, but we are able to answer emails several times a day.
I changed my mind about my order, can I return it?
Due to the nature of the products that we sell we cannot offer refunds on orders we have already shipped out, unless it is our mistake. We will always fix any mistake we have made. If in doubt, ask questions before you order or buy a sample to try it first.
Can you insure my package?
All orders shipped from The Conservatorie are guaranteed to arrive to you without any damage. All shipping rates include insurance.
