This is a terrific, two-toned mica. The black is fairly
matte and it has an added red sheen that makes it a gorgeous liner without you
having to do a thing to it. If you want to make it lighter, though, just grab
one of our mini mixers, toss in some eye shadow base, flick the switch, and
voile—it's makeup!
