Particle Size: 10-60 microns.
Cosmetic Grade. Safe to use on Face, Lips, and Nails. Our carbon black is
made from high grade furnace black which is approved for use in cosmetics.
'Lovely' is the
most common word our customers use when they try Cambridge Blue. It's a true
frost--a light icy blue that you can absolutely use as is. This is a medium
cover shimmer that looks gorgeous right on the lid or used as a hi-light! You
can heat up this frost with one of our Hot White Blue colors, or add amazing
drama to Cambridge Blue with a pinch of our Hot White Golds, Reds, or Coppers
too! Add even more frost with one of our sparkle micas, or tone it down with a
dash of white sericite!
