Like Cobalt blue, Silky Blue is an ocean of depth and awesome color. If you have
tried Cobalt, you'll notice that Silky Blue is just a tad darker. Here is a
deep, rich color that can be formulated to wear light like a robin's-egg blue,
deep like the Electric blue that it is, or you can simply add some black mica to
it for one spell-binding liner! Electric Blue is really a breath-taking color
that you just have to see. And play with!
