Cosmetic Grade. Safe to use on Face, Lips, and Nails. Our carbon black is
made from high grade furnace black which is approved for use in cosmetics.
While it's saturated bright, violet-pink pigments, it's not a shimmer. It
actually is close to a matte. Of course you can always fix that with our huge
choice of white shimmer micas. One of our customers did just that, then mixed
the blend with her made-at-home lip gloss. She made fifty of them and sold out
in one day!
Red Rose also makes great eyeshadows and blushes. This is one that you have to
see!
